All School of Rock weeklong summer camps offer 5 days of LEARNING MUSIC, TEAM BUILDING, BAND BONDING, LIVE PERFORMANCE and most of all...FUN! Throughout the week the kids go from zero to a full set of songs and a live concert in Madison to cap off their amazing rock ‘n’ roll experience.
School of Rock summer camps are taught by our staff of incredible musicians who combine years of technical expertise and knowledge with extensive experience working with kids. During the week our campers experience private music lessons, band rehearsals, gear education and team building. Our goals each week are to teach kids how to bond as a cohesive and supportive band that can hone a setlist of songs together as a team, to inspire an appreciation of all kinds of music and a passion to learn to play and perform together, and to ensure that all musicians are totally ready to rock out on stage by the end of the week.
No matter which week(s) you choose to rock out with us this summer, School of Rock Camp will be an absolute blast! Year after year we continue to be amazed by what these kids can accomplish together at School of Rock in just one week! Bring on Summer 2021!Our summer camps are for musicians AGES 6-16 of ALL SKILL LEVELS who play guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, vocals and horns. ALL ABILITIES WELCOME. All camp song assignments and teaching methods will be tailored to each rocker’s individual skill set and development needs. So whether just starting out or shredding for some time, our aim at camp is to quickly assess needs and customize the camp experience accordingly.

All 2022 camps run from 10am-3pm M-F at School of Rock, with live performance in Madison each Fri. at 3:30pm
w/o 6/20/2022: BEST OF THE 80’S & 90’S ROCK CAMP
The 80s & 90s were one of music’s most important decades as heavy metal, grunge and alternative music took over the airwaves and popular culture. Come celebrate bands like Guns N' Roses, Bon Jovi, Nirvana, Green Day, Weezer and many more in our Best of the ‘80s & ‘90s Rock Camp.
w/o 8/8/2022: 21st CENTURY MODERN ROCK CAMP
Kids enrolled in our Modern Rock Camp will learn the music of ‘90s, ‘2000s, and today. Rock artists such as The Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, Green Day, The White Stripes, Imagine Dragons and more! These are some of the bands that have continued the rock and roll heritage with a newer take on the art form.

This camp features high-energy songs from popular artists like Paramore, Green Day, Blink 182 and many more, our Pop Punk summer camp will be tons of fun!
Punk Rock Legends Camp $475 Purchase required to enroll
This camp includes artists like Ramones, Green Day, The Clash, Avril Lavigne, Violent Femmes, and more! Camp runs Monday through Friday with a Friday performance!
Rookies Boot Camp $275 Purchase required to enroll
In this camp, 4-7 year old beginners will learn about different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and appreciation
